Tracks and monitors budget for employee health activities including ordering of supplies and related expenses. Develops and implements educational training for employee health team and team members. Provides direct supervision to employee health team in either onboarding centers or facility employee health clinics.
Provides education and training to employee/occupational health staff on latest methodology and best practice standards and provides clinical expertise in the field of employee/occupation health. Establish and implement appropriate staffing and hours of operation to suit both the needs of the department and to customers to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. Tracks data and metrics related to occupational health and creates and provides reports required by internal and external reporting committees.
Reviews, evaluates, and maintains documentation system and Electronic Medical Record for designated programs. Collaborates and services on various committees across multiple departments including infection prevention, nursing leadership, human resources, corporate division and others. Collaborates with Sr Manager and Medical Director and reviews medical directives.
Supervises employee health team in delivering healthcare consistent with standards of practice and organization policy. Manages activities of occupational health programs including new hire onboarding, vaccine administration and management, blood and body fluid exposure, respirator fit programs, and facility-based employee health clinics. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively provide leadership and direction in a high volume fast paced environment.
