The Employee Relations Specialist works closely with the offsite HR Partners in reviewing all disciplines that lead to suspension or terminations and process all grievances, interprets policies and procedures. Conducts investigations on claims of discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, etc. Provides training on employee relation topics.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration is required. Minimum two years of experience in employee relations preferred. Knowledge and
Must be knowledgeable of employment law required. Must have experience training and making presentations. Able to read, write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction.
