✓This may include CMS, CNA, PCT, EMT, corpsman, or paramedic training.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Patient Care Technician Certification or Certified Medical Assistant. preferred
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate Degree or higher. preferred
Qualifications
✓1 year current Endoscopy Technician experience.
✓Current experience with decontamination and reprocessing of all instrumentation used in assigned department; according to regulatory agency requirements and standards set forth by professional organizations and institutional policies.
✓Prior clinical training.
✓Successful completion of the institutional screening examination.
✓Advanced knowledge of GI anatomy and aseptic techniques.
✓Problem solving skills.
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✓Basic computer skills.

Accredited Phlebotomy and /or PIV training and course completion. preferred
