As an Enrollment / Eligibility Representative, you'll be various tasks such as conducting medical benefit reviews and finding additional funding for members who have a financial hardship. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of pharmacy healthcare experience 1+ year of medical billing / financial assistance experience 1+ years of telephonic customer service OR in - person customer service experience Basic computer experience using a keyboard and mouse / movement between screens Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday.
