Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is actively seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our hospital-employed Otolaryngology practice. This is a new position created to support practice growth and expand patient access. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced Otolaryngologist and a dedicated, innovative team consisting of 2 CMAs, 1 RN, and 3 PSRs within a well-established practice serving the Ellsworth community for years to come.
Position Highlights: Ambulatory/outpatient role only APP maintains an independent schedule to provide general ENT care in a collaborative care environment Performs in-office procedures such as: Ear lavages Tube checks Stent removals Post-operative care Other minor ENT procedures Flexibility for a 4- or 5 day work week Supportive, team-based environment with strong physician collaboration and efficient EMR workflows Professional growth and development opportunities
