Licensure
✓Medical Doctor - Current licensure as a physician in the State of practice.
Education
✓Accredited School of Medicine
✓An accredited residency program in a medical or clinical specialty.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 7 years’ experience practicing medicine.
✓Minimum of 7 years’ experience in physician management.
✓Drug Enforcement Admin Federal Number
✓Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges at the Medical Center/Clinic
✓Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive results within a complex matrixed organizational environment.
✓Ability to build collaborative, productive relationships with system, regional, and community leadership.
✓Effectively partner and work closely with ambulatory, acute, and post-acute organizations across PeaceHealth.
✓Excellent verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills, particularly with key stakeholder groups such as physicians, other clinicians, and quality improvement staff.
✓Demonstrated strong customer service and collaboration skills across and with diverse key stakeholders and all levels of leadership.
✓Up to date knowledge of changes in healthcare, emerging clinical methodologies and standards.
