✓You will partner with department leadership to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and certifications needed to maintain safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environments.
✓Current T-CHEST certification or ability to obtain within an established timeframe.
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
✓Three or more years of Environmental Services and/or Laundry Services experience.
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
✓Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
✓Ability to identify departmental and individual learning needs.
