Environmental Services Supervisor

• 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Potential varied shifts. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. We are currently seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to: Lead a high-impact team that helps shape the patient experience by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the hospital while driving operational excellence and service quality Grow your leadership career in a dynamic healthcare setting with direct responsibility for team development, staffing, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives that make a visible difference every day Be a key operational partner collaborating with clinical and support teams to optimize workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for patients, visitors, and staff Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay At UW Health in northern Illinois, you will have:
