Certifications
✓Candidates must successfully pass the Epic pre assessment test in lieu of holding an Epic certification.
✓An Epic Certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
Education
✓A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is required.

Support HIM-related Epic applicationsSupport HIM-related Epic applications through build, testing, and optimization efforts
Assist with system configurationAssist with system configuration, upgrades, and enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and provideTroubleshoot issues and provide end-user support to ensure efficient system use
