Education
✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare-related field, informatics, education, or information technology required.
✓Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, or healthcare or a combination of education and experience required
Qualifications
✓3+ years of management experience.
✓5+ years of professional development/training experience.
✓Strong facilitation skills.
✓Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
✓Ability to fully utilize the electronic health record, equipment and other healthcare and billing systems relevant to this position.
✓Demonstrated project management skills (technology and people) with a track record of achieving goals on time and on budget
✓Demonstrated ability to be self-directed with excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
✓The ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built and maintained.
✓Ability to mentor and coach direct reports
✓Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
✓Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Prior experience with instructor-led classroom training and/or Epic preferred.
Previous experience working in a healthcare IT environment and/or healthcare IT consulting organization preferred.
