You’ll need
Certifications
✓Epic training and certification in assigned training tools and applications required.
✓Employees who are not certified at the time of hire or transfer must complete the designated Epic training and certification
✓Certification exams must be successfully completed within three attempts.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three years of experience in EHR or IT training, adult learning/education, applications support or related experience required.
✓program(s) within the assigned timeframe for their role and/or assigned application(s).
Experience working directly with Epic and/or IT systems strongly preferred.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

About the role
The Epic Training Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of Epic training programs across Med Center Health. This role ensures that all staff receive effective onboarding, Epic-led training, and ongoing education to support proficiency, adoption, and long-term system optimization.
