Education
✓Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare equipment planning, clinical engineering, biomedical equipment services, healthcare supply chain, construction project coordination, facilities, healthcare operations, or a related field.
✓Knowledge of medical equipment, hospital operations, capital projects, asset inventory processes, procurement coordination, or equipment lifecycle management.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and project tracking tools.
✓Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✓Basic understanding of medical equipment infrastructure requirements, including power, data, medical gas, plumbing, mounting, shielding, and vendor installation needs.
✓Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, safety, infection prevention, and operational readiness requirements.
✓Detail-oriented equipment documentation.
✓Cross-functional collaboration.

✓Project coordination and follow-through.

Experience in an academic medical center, health system, hospital construction project, renovation project, or clinical engineering environment. preferred
