Education
✓HS diploma/GED
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications
✓Must be able to read, write, and speak English
✓Ability to follow instructions and operate or learn how to operate all equipment used in the department within a one-month training period
✓Requires the physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment
✓Must be able to lift wet vacuums weighting 75 pounds and push a cart weighting 200 – 300 pounds

About the role
Responsible for cleaning and servicing building areas; moving furniture, equipment and supplies in and around hospital departments; and performing a variety of environmental service duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition, according to established procedures. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
