You’ll need
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Qualifications
✓Must be able to work independently and in a group setting.
✓Requires exceptional communication, telephone and human relation skills to interact with patients, guests and staff.
✓Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.
✓Must be able to adapt to unpredictable and stressful situations.
✓Basic computer skills required.
✓Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Previous hospital, clinical or patient care experience is preferred.

About the role
Transports patients and patient related items throughout the medical center in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible to complete patient transports in a timely manner, maintain clean equipment, interact politely and professionally with patients, visitors and medical center staff. Functions independently and as a team member, frequently with direction via phone or pager.
