and Responsibilities As an Environmental Services Technician (EVS) Tech, you will provide critical environmental services and meticulous attention to cleanliness, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Every day you will expertly clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces, manage waste disposal, operate specialized equipment, and meticulously follow infection control protocols to maintain impeccable standards.

Follows equipment safety policies. Puts equipment away after each use.

Safety/Safe Work Habits Must be in compliance with departmental safety policies 100% of the time Chemicals Must be able to read and understand Chemical labels and Material Safety Data Sheets Follows dilution amounts 100% of the time. Keeps bottles properly labeled. Keeps chemicals locked in cart or in janitors closet when not using.
