The Executive Assistant provides communications and operations support to the executive leadership by working in partnership with leadership to effectively carry out daily operations and perform departmental support duties. Performs diversified, administrative secretarial functions. The Executive Assistant serves as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, facilitates communication between executives and service line leaders and medical professionals.
This role involves managing and coordination for certain leadership meetings. Embodies the Memorial Health values of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Stewardship that support our mission and vision.
· Associate degree · Bachelor's degree in business or health related field is preferred Licensure/Certification/Registry: · N/A
· Three (3) years of executive assistant experience or five years of administrative assistant experience or similar role Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. · Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Transparency $25.72 - $39.86 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
