Executive Director, Labor Relations - MOCS

Qualifications
✓Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive employee/labor relations experience in a complex union environment.
✓Demonstrate a successful track record in increasingly responsible roles which includes chief spokesperson in a bargaining setting
✓Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal law as well as pertinent court decisions in the area of labor relations and employment law
✓Ability to manage complex situations to arrive at an agreement/settlement acceptable to the parties involved
✓Manages resources necessary to complete assignments and demonstrates excellent organizational skills
✓Excellent communication, presentation, labor relations and consulting skills
✓Excellent training skills
✓Outstanding analytical skills
✓Ability to work with teams in a labor management partnership, as well as a traditional union/management environment
✓Strong knowledge of labor compensation and benefit practices
✓Demonstrated ability to lead professionals and manage others through influence and collaboration
✓Proficient with standard business applications (ie: Microsoft tools)
✓Excellent relationship development skills with internal and external stakeholders
✓Motivated, business-oriented professional who is customer-focused and can successfully interact with union and non- union management teams
✓Holds strategic leadership skills and who is well-versed in labor relations and employment law
Five (5) + years of senior negotiator experience in a heath care union environment preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, labor relations and consulting skills, preferably in a healthcare setting preferred
