You’ll need
Education
✓Master’s degree in theology, ethics, healthcare administration or education is acceptable.
✓Master’s degree in mission services or a commitment to work toward this degree.
Qualifications
✓Three years healthcare experience.
✓Senior management leadership experience.
✓Demonstrated knowledge with ability to communicate and apply the knowledge in the following areas:
✓Fundamental theology, ecclesiology, ministry, and those aspects of canon law pertinent to healthcare.
✓Personal and organizational spirituality.
✓Clinical, business, and organizational ethics, and social justice.
✓Organizational dynamics, i.e., adult learning, group process, organizational culture, change management, healthcare management and financing, and collaboration.
✓Mission/values congruence.
✓Relationship building.
✓Team orientation.
✓Self-confidence/assurance.
✓Tolerance for ambiguity.
✓Service orientation.
✓Mature spirituality.
