Monitors patient during stress testing, identifies abnormal ECG's and blood pressure findings, reports these findings to the physician. Performs electrocardiograms.
High school graduate or equivalent post secondary training or equivalent, or training in allied health field. BLS Certified Major
Prepares and monitors patients during stress testing. Identifies arrhythmias; documents and takes action. Records data for interpretation and enters charges into Meditech.
Performs ECG's; reviews ECG's for completeness and accuracy. Performs all duties of an ECG technician.
