It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Day Shift - 7.5 HoursSupervise and coordinate daily office operations within the Facilities Department.

Ensure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance, repair, and compliance documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for department leadership. Monitor work order requests and ensure timely assignment and completion.

Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests. Track expenditures and maintain financial records. Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and contracted services.

Serve as primary administrative contact for vendors and contractors. Maintain vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service agreements. Coordinate department schedules, on-call rosters, and vacation calendars.

Maintain employee records, certifications, and training documentation. EducationAssociate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or related field preferred. ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of administrative or office supervisory experience.

Experience in a healthcare, hospital, facilities management, engineering, or maintenance environment preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and use office equipment for extended periods.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel throughout the hospital campus as needed.

M-F 8a-4pSalary Range: $32.725/hr. -$34.287/hr.
