JOB DUTIES Maintains, repairs, and installs equipment components through established preventative maintenance (PM) and work order process as assigned. Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our various facilities. Installs, maintains, and repairs water coolers, sinks, toilets, hot shot's and other plumbing fixtures. Installs, maintains, and repairs other misc. machinery such as blanket warmers, carts, etc., other as required. Ensures regulatory compliance through efficient equipment operations. Completes all documentation as required. Assists with repair, testing and inspection of fire safety, life safety, communication and electrical components of the utility and safety systems. Performs maintenance assignments in any facility areas as directed. Conducts tests, inspections and equipment checks on equipment in inventory prior to placing into service at any system facility site, ensuring compliance with all applicable code requirements and standards. Perform assigned work orders through established process in a timely manner. Follow established policies and procedures with strict adherence to safety rules.
