High school diploma or equivalent.
One year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting. Knowledge and
Journeyman level (expert) in at least one of the following trades, demonstrated competence in at least 2, and basic knowledge of remaining trades: Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith. Basic computer skills. Read blue prints.
License/Certifications: Valid California driver’s license. Forklift certification preferred. Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable.
Equipment: Experience with hand and power tools. Employee provides basic personal hand tools. Physical
Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
$23.00 - $35.10 The posted
