✓One-two years related experience and/or training in specialty areas or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates able mechanical aptitude.
✓Basic knowledge of regulatory codes and standards.
✓Ability to provide orientation training as preceptor.
✓Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
✓Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
✓Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees of organization.
✓Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical drawings and specifications.
✓Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
✓Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume.
✓Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
✓Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
✓Basic computer skills.
✓Essential functions of this position may expand as technology advances.
✓Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
