Qualifications
✓A valid Current Driver's License is required.
✓Driving record must not reflect any major driving offenses (i.e., DUI, felony convictions involving a motor vehicle, suspended license, three or more speeding tickets, or other moving violations) within the last 36 months .
✓If using a personal vehicle for Logan Health business, state law minimum liability coverage limits must be met.
✓Strong understanding of occupational hazards and safety standards, including regulations set forth by OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and ASHRAE.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in general maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical fields is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Proven ability in a variety of skilled trades related to facility and grounds maintenance, repairs, procedures, and techniques is preferred.
Ability to operate a wide variety of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for facility and grounds maintenance and repairs is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings related to construction is preferred.
