Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required
Education Preferred - Master’s Degree
Qualifications
✓Education - Required
✓Experience - Required
✓3 years progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, faculty affairs, academic affairs, human resources, operations, project coordination, data management, or a related field required.
✓Experience supporting faculty affairs, academic administration, healthcare education, or related higher education functions.
✓Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required
✓Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis techniques used to support operational and strategic decision-making.
✓Knowledge of Microsoft Suites – Intermediate level (required).
✓A strong customer service orientation along with demonstrated success in building professional relationship and working effectively with multiple constituents (such as faculty, staff, and students)
✓PMP - Project Management Professional - Project Management Institute
Experience Preferred - Less than 1 year • Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and implementing process improvements preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise information systems, preferably Workday, and the ability to manage, maintain, and analyze complex data sets preferred
