Schedule Full-time | 0.6–0.9 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare – Cold Spring, MN Day shifts | Specific hours listed below Choice of 3 - or 4-day work week Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexibility available) No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call Pay and Benefits Salary range: $112,518.85-$128,651.12 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
