Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 4 10-hour shifts. ** Key Responsibilities ** Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging. Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC. ** Requirements ** Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program Board Certified FNP or PA-C Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
