How you’ll make an impact in this role Join a family-oriented, tight-knit clinic with an established team of 4 physicians and 3 APCs Each clinician is paired 1:1 with a Medical Assistant Patient population ranges from newborns to the elderly, covering all ages.
The clinic offers lab, x-ray, behavioral health and urgent care. Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice. Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. Work Experience None required.
