Overview Growing practice along with taking a retiring physician panel Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well Onsite services (x-ray, lab, imaging, infusion, etc.) 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access. Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities Patients/day: 16+ Call schedule requirement is primarily telephonic and is pooled with other clinics on a 1:10 weekend rotation and 3-4 nights/month 1:1 Provider to Nurse ratio Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Provide the best outcome for every patient every time Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa Eligible to work in the United States Ability to work as a team member We offer Competitive compensation and incentive package – Including sign-on bonus, training stipend, relocation, 401k with employee match, CME, etc.
