Family Medicine Physician with or without Obstetrics– Fort HealthCare Family Medicine Clinic Location: Fort Atkinson, WI Position Type: Full-Time Specialty: Family Medicine (BC/BE) Fort HealthCare , located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin , is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team in providing primary care. The Family Medicine Clinic offers a collaborative, integrated care environment , which includes shared space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology Services , fostering seamless coordination and comprehensive care for our patients.
