This role is based in Fenton, MO supporting our care team by covering absences such as PTO, planned time off, and sick time. Deliver high quality Primary Care including: Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams Acute care of minor illness and injuries Chronic Disease Management and Longitudinal care Minor procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, incision/drainage, etc.) Lifestyle and well-being counseling Medical management of behavioral health conditions You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Missouri Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start) Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start) 2+ years of clinical experience as a FNP / PA in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency and/or urgent care setting(s) Experience using computers for professional communication Experience using Electronic Health Record systems for medical documentation Experience seeing patients of all ages, including children and adolescents
Experience using Athena EMR for medical documentation Proven ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $53.00 - $79.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
