✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required and Vermont Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required/exam eligible and scheduled.
Certifications
Certification in Hospice & Palliative Care or other related specialty preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five years of relevant hospice experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
✓At least two years of supervisory experience.
✓Strong understanding of hospice care, including social, spiritual, and bereavement needs of clients and families. Familiarity with the business of hospice.
✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
