✓High School Diploma / GED
Qualifications
✓3+ years of experience working within a community health setting or community outreach experience
✓2 plus years of professional experience working with diverse multi-ethnic and socioeconomic populations.
✓1 plus year of field-based experience
✓Intermediate level of computer experience with the ability to navigate a Windows Environment, especially Microsoft Excel
✓Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
✓Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
✓Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
✓Active and unrestricted driver's license and access to reliable transportation enabling you to travel to member homes and communities within a designated area
✓Must reside within a commutable distance to Charlotte and surrounding communities in North Carolina
✓Must be able to plan routes for best time management of schedule and travel time/distance
✓Ability to have flexibility with scheduled hours based on member's availability and/or needs
3+ years' experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
Experience working in sales / marketing preferred
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred
Experience working in a managed care organization preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid population preferred
Telecommuter/work from home experience preferred
