Qualifications
✓2+ years of experience in a community health or healthcare setting
✓Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
✓Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, ability to travel up to 75% in assigned region to visit Medicaid members in their homes and/or other settings, including community centers, hospitals, nursing facilities or providers' office
✓Reside in or within commutable driving distance to Dallas, TX
✓Knowledge of the principles of most integrated settings, including federal and State requirements like the federal home and community-based settings regulations
✓All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
2+ years of experience working within the community health setting preferred
1+ years of experience with long-term care services and support, Medicaid or Medicare preferred
Ability to create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets and emails preferred
