Required
Current unrestricted Texas RN license 2+ years of experience in a community health or healthcare setting Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Reliable transportation, a valid driver, and ability to travel within assigned territory Preferred
Experience with Medicaid, LTSS, or long-term care services Knowledge of HCBS and integrated care principles Knowledge of the principles of most integrated settings, including federal and State requirements like the federal home and community-based settings regulations Bilingual in English and Spanish *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
