DPBS is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead and manage two team members responsible for the financial administration and reporting of Department gift, internal, state, outside compensation, and Education funds. The Project Supervisor will oversee the execution of complex, large-scale projects across multiple disciplines within the DPBS Finance team, and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocations.
In addition, the Project Supervisor will develop and deliver trainings and workshops designed to strengthen and advance the skills of team members across the department. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day unit activities.
Normally directs a section or group of analysts. Oversees and participates in complex projects and initiatives. Collaborates directly with internal and external stakeholders.
