You’ll need
Certifications
NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification preferred.
Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification Preferred.
Education
✓HS Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience in finance, collections, customer service, insurance and/or health care environment
✓Bachelor's degree is required.
Bachelor's degree in business or health care field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for effectively resolving account inquiries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering a high level of customer support.
✓Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently navigating multiple systems and websites while managing competing priorities.

Preferred candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with outside vendors, hospitals, and accounts payable departments.
A solid understanding of accounts receivable processes, including aged account collections, invoicing, and credit balance management, is preferred.
Experience as a Financial Representative is preferred.
