Five years of progressively responsible experience in financial reporting or project management preferred
Experience with Workday Financial System preferred
Advanced to expert Excel skills preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities preferred
Sound judgment and decision-making skills preferred
High level of integrity and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality preferred
Experience in a complex academic medical center or healthcare environment preferred
Follows established USC and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan. preferred

About the role

The USC Keck School of Medicine Finance Department is seeking a Financial Analyst II position. Working under the supervision of the Associate Finance Director, the Financial Analyst II will collaborate closely with Keck School finance staff and department/division leaders to support the budgeting and financial reporting needs of the Keck School of Medicine.
