You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Master's degree. preferred
Qualifications
✓Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, modeling, capital planning, and advanced analytics.
✓Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✓Strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work independently with indirect supervision and manage multiple priorities.
✓Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on detailed work for extended periods.
✓Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work extended hours when necessary.
✓Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables; Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency preferred.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare environment. preferred

About the role
The Financial Analyst III is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, financial modeling, and decision support. This role provides financial insight for strategic initiatives and capital investments, presents findings to senior leadership and board committees, and mentors Financial Analyst I and II team members.
