Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Qualifications
✓Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including complex formulas, scenario modeling, and data analysis tools.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and clinical data.
✓Ability to develop accurate forecasts and budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
✓Knowledge of financial value analysis, ROI, and cost–benefit methodologies for evaluating programs, services, and capital investments.
✓Ability to evaluate accounting and financial systems, ensure accurate cost allocation, and maintain data integrity across reporting tools.
✓Strong ability to prepare, interpret, and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and business cases for leadership audiences.
✓Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce reports, business correspondence, and procedure documentation.
✓Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and respond to inquiries professionally.
