End Revenue Cycle as a leader is highly desired Proficiency in Epic front-end applications such as ADT, Cadence, and Prelude Understanding of physician revenue cycle and leading measures of performance Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with patients, staff, and physicians; give and receive information, clarify policies, and mediate if necessary with patients, physicians, and technologists.
