As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Financial Counselor position. Description The Financial Counselor is responsible for reviewing insurance eligibility, benefits and authorization with patients, explaining their insurance coverage and collecting any remaining patient balance due. **This position participates in a monthly bonus structure program depending on how well the business office collects on AR. This position ideally will be transferring to an office in Lansing around mid 2027.** Hours Part time, 20 hours a week, ideal candidate would be available M-F primarily during afternoons (12pm
4pm or 1pm
