Obtains required Texas Rehabilitation information and mail to appropriate State Representative within the required timelines. 17. Monitors Texas Rehabilitation accounts daily. 18. Maintain and ensure the Financial Assistance physician billing process is completed accurately and throughly. 19.
Utilize collection strategies with a focus on constant improvement. 20. Works in tandem with the state employee, hospital vendors and personnel from other departments. 21. Handles patient inquiries and assist to resolve issues and/or concerns. 22.
