Qualifications
✓7+ Years - progressive healthcare finance experience, including hands-on financial analysis - Required
✓Experience presenting financial analysis to non-finance operational leaders and translating results into actionable recommendations - Required
✓Experience with service line profitability, patient-level analysis, cost accounting, and provider/clinic analytics - Required
✓Essential Technical and Analytical Skills
✓Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong data literacy across Power BI, SQL basics, and modern analytics tools.
✓Working knowledge of financial reporting and EMR systems; willingness to learn Oracle ERP/EPM and how Epic revenue and clinical data flow into finance reporting.
✓Comfortable using Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and reporting.
✓Ability to structure ambiguous problems, size opportunities quickly, and deliver clear answers under real deadlines.
✓Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to move between executive-level summaries and frontline manager conversations without losing the audience.
