Qualifications
✓Strong customer service and communication skills.
✓Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
✓Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✓Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with patients, families, and staff.
✓Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a financial, business, physician office, or customer service environment required.
✓Experience validating patient demographics and insurance information is required.
✓Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills are required.
✓Ability to collect patient payments professionally and courteously.
✓Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
✓Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
Two (2) years of experience in a business, financial, or physician practice setting preferred.
Knowledge of CPT and diagnosis coding is preferred.
