You’ll need
Certifications
✓Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
Nationally recognized fitness certification preferred (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent).
Education
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of exercise science principles, equipment operation, and safe exercise techniques.
✓Ability to demonstrate proper exercise form and equipment use.
✓Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
✓Dependable, professional, and team oriented.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fitness-related software systems preferred.
