As an IMCU RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans Monitoring and caring for patients requiring advanced nursing assessment and intervention Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Providing patient and family education and support Documenting care accurately and thoroughly within the electronic medical record Delegating and directing care appropriately among care team members Participating in quality improvement, patient safety, and professional practice initiatives Maintaining and advancing clinical expertise through ongoing education and development What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire Minimum two years of recent acute care nursing experience OR successful completion of an ICU intern/cross-training program
