Weekdays, day shift. If you’re energized by helping people feel supported from the moment they walk through the door, this role might be a great fit for you! As an Experience Specialist , you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients and visitors.
This position provides front‑line assistance by greeting guests, guiding them to the appropriate departments, and helping with required paperwork to ensure an efficient visit. Key Responsibilities &
Provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors, offering information on services and procedures. Keep patients and families informed about wait times, provider availability, and any delays. Address general inquiries and concerns with empathy, escalating complex issues as needed.
Offer guidance on charges, payment processes, and insurance procedures. Maintain accurate and up to date patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Answer and route incoming calls, providing basic information as appropriate.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Prior receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
