Description Major duties include but are not limited to: Acting as a liaison for the patients, outside referring physicians, faculty, and residents/fellows in the practice. Assisting patients in accessing and coordinating surgical service within the health system. Facilitating communication with referring physicians. Referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect. Manage a high volume of patient messages entering via multiple avenues. Assist with Patient check-in and cash collection Travel between our West LA, Santa Monica and Westwood location as needed Position starts in the Santa Monica location while awaiting West L.A opening Salary Range: $31.88 $45.66/hourly Qualifications INSTITUTIONAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
