EXPERIENCE 2 to 5 Years Clinical Experience Preferred. One Year Of Charge Nurse Or Equivalent Experience Preferred. Clinical Nurse Leader Preferred.
LICENSURE Current CT RN Licensure. Certification In Specialty Area Required within 1 year of hire date. SPECIAL SKILLS The incumbent must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and judgement, as well as the ability to work alongside clinical partners in operations.
Working knowledge of and experience with standards and regulations pertaining to Joint Commission and other accreditation agencies. Evidence of successful project management skills, including taking a lead position of a project. The incumbent will possess a skill set and personal attributes which are vital to success in the role.
